In this workshop you will be supported to

HEAL THE WOUNDS OF SUPPRESSION
Our visibility wounds are older than we are. You will be guided through a deep healing process to melt the pain of persecution from ancestral and collective levels. And connect with a potent source of support, your good Ancestors who are always there for you.
WORK WITH A COMPANION POEM
When you register, you'll receive Ríonach's e-book, Poems for Speaking with Soul Fire, packed with potent poems to shift your energy. You choose a poem infused with the vibrational medicine you need at this time.
During the workshop, you will experience a unique process of working with your poem. This goes deep fast and gently rewires your system on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
SPEAK FROM YOUR SOUL
Part of the workshop includes an invitation to speak some or all of your poem to the group, guided and supported every step of the way.
Experience rising into the soul fire your poem invites you into - inhabiting it through your voice, body and energy system. Owning both your powerful self and your vulnerable self - knowing that all parts of you are welcome.

Our wounds of being seen were formed in relationship with others and are healed in relationship with others.
Throughout the workshop you will experience:

MY STORY
Hi, I’m Ríonach (pronounced rhie-on-ock).
I’m a human being, with all the ache and awe that being human brings.
I was forged by bone-deep shyness. Poetry opened me to my soul essence and to finally wanting to share my voice.
Now, as a poet, speaker and transformation leader, sharing from depths is my soul medicine.
As an energy-sensitive and seer, I help people shift energy patterns from personal, collective, ancestral and soul levels.
I hold space for the journey of becoming seen, known and expressed as the unique essence you are.
